A day around the Peninsula.

Coastal roads, Cape Point and a little time with the penguins. This sample day gives you a feel for the route; we’ll shape the stops and timing around your interests, the weather and opening hours.

Morning – Atlantic Seaboard & Chapman’s Peak
Depart Cape Town along the Atlantic Seaboard through Clifton, Camps Bay and Hout Bay. Drive the spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive (photo stops at the lookouts), then pause at Noordhoek Farm Village for coffee or a bakery bite.
Late Morning – Cape Point Nature Reserve
Enter Cape Point Nature Reserve (SANParks) for the lighthouse precinct and the Cape of Good Hope sign; optional short walks to Diaz Lookout or down to Diaz Beach’s wild sands.
Early Afternoon – Boulders Beach Penguins
Continue to Boulders Beach in Simon’s Town for boardwalk views of the African penguin colony; stroll the historic main street and naval landmarks.
Mid-Afternoon – Kalk Bay Harbour & Tidal Pools
Follow the False Bay coast to Kalk Bay; browse harbour shops or enjoy a refreshing dip at the St James or Dalebrook tidal pools (conditions permitting).
Evening – Sunset Dinner at Cape Point Vineyards
End with sunset wine tasting and dinner at Cape Point Vineyards overlooking ocean and vines (Thursday market option available). Return to Cape Town after dusk via Ou Kaapse Weg or Constantia.
